My stay at the hotel was mixed but overall positive. The rooms were spacious enough for me and my family, although the initial temperature was uncomfortably warm. It was convenient to have a mini fridge and microwave, but cooling the room required keeping the window open. The service was friendly and helpful, except for a slight issue with the owner/manager not assisting with a credit card matter. The location was ideal for my needs despite being near a Waffle House and some renovation work. The dining experience was good, offering standard fare that suited my preferences. The facilities met my needs, making my stay enjoyable.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the plus side, the rooms were spacious and clean, offering ample storage space for our belongings. However, it was quite hot when I arrived, which was a bit uncomfortable. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very friendly and accommodating, especially Paige at night shift and the tall guy at the front desk who even drove me to the airport. The location, while practical, seemed a bit rough, but that didn't stop the African American lady at the front desk from going above and beyond for guests, even offering her own food. The dining experience lacked clean towels and room service, but the breakfast options were varied and timely, though it felt like your typical hotel breakfast. Despite some flaws, the facilities were satisfactory. The price and value for money were decent overall.
